Breathing consciously. Breathwork refers to a variety of breathing techniques and exercises designed to improve physical, mental and emotional well-being. By consciously controlling the breath, practitioners can influence the body's autonomic functions, helping to reduce stress, promote relaxation and improve overall health.

Please note that participation in the breathwork workshop is not recommended for individuals with health conditions such as heart disease, pregnancy or other medical contraindications, in order to avoid potential health risks.
